Hardware Development : Physical Designer for RF Analog / Mixed Signal ASICs (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You manage the complete physical design and layout of RF/Analog SiGe BiCMOS circuits, from floor-planning and verification to tape-out, utilizing Cadence tools and collaborating closely with engineering teams
• You perform the physical design of RF/Analog SiGe BiCMOS circuit modules with Cadence Virtuoso XL, working closely with the design engineering team
• You execute block-level layout through a full verification flow (DRC, LVS) using Cadence Assura/PVS DRC tools
• You collaborate on floor-planning with the RF IC design and RF system team
• You script tasks using languages such as Skill and Python
• You manage the tape-out procedure

Your qualifications

• You have several years of custom RF/analog layout experience with extensive knowledge of SiGe BiCMOS processes
• You possess detailed knowledge of layout techniques for device matching, parasitic reduction, RF shielding, and optimal high-frequency routing
• You have a deep understanding of the full design flow from schematic to GDSII, including verification (DRC, LVS) and process design kits
• You demonstrate good communication skills
• You have completed studies in electrical engineering or a similar field
