Introduction

Tasks

You conduct trainings for our COMINT systems for customers in Germany and worldwide, both at our premises and on-site.
You enable users to effectively operate the delivered systems in real-world environments.
You develop and scale standardized training concepts, ensuring high reusability and consistent quality across projects.
You further develop and optimize how training is created, prepared and delivered by leveraging AI-supported tools and automated workflows.
You design and implement modern training approaches such as adaptive learning, automated content generation and data-driven training optimization.
You capture training-related data, customer feedback and recurring issues and translate them into data-driven improvements in training content, processes and system usage.

Qualifications

You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
You bring a strong interest in training, knowledge transfer and the structured development of learning content.
You are interested in or already familiar with COMINT and AI-supported tools, automation or data-driven approaches in training, documentation or engineering environments.
You have a structured and analytical mindset and enjoy improving processes, workflows and existing concepts.
You appear confident and professional when interacting with international customers and stakeholders.
You communicate confidently in German and English and are willing to travel internationally.
