Application Development : Application Development (Qt/C++) (m/f/d) in the context of temporary employment, limited to 24 months

Aufgaben

• You develop complex, high-performance, and scalable software solutions in C++
• You drive automation forward, write meaningful unit and integration tests (e.g., with Catch2), and optimize our CI/CD pipelines
• You support junior and mid-level developers through technical leadership and foster their growth via active mentoring
• You act as a technical contact for complex issues and conduct regular pair-programming sessions
• You further develop an existing Qt application
• You independently derive requirements in collaboration with users and interface partners
• You coordinate with interface partners
• You create documentation and user guides

Qualifikationen

• You bring solid, several years of professional experience in software development with a focus on modern C++ (23) and Qt
• You have very good knowledge of Git and Visual Studio, as well as CMake
• Experience with embedded applications is an advantage
• You are confident in applying software design patterns and have experience in architecting complex distributed systems
• You have successfully technically guided developers before and enjoy explaining complex technical topics in a clear and patient way
• You communicate confidently, openly, and respectfully in both German and English
