We are seeking an Application Engineer/Project Manager to provide extensive technical support in RF/IT domains and manage project implementations, primarily within the defense sector. This role will be integral to the RSNO Services team, offering support to the Nordic team. The final job description and responsibilities may vary based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. Candidates who excel in application engineering but lack formal project management experience are encouraged to apply. Your tasks

Provide technical application support to customers and sales colleagues.
Develop into a specialized technical resource in RF & IT for RSNO and its clients.
Contribute to upselling efforts and provide sales support as needed.
Manage and support local and HQ projects in Norway and the Nordics.

Your qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in telecommunications engineering or a related field.
Experience in RF design or operations.
Demonstrated ability in customer interaction and/or team collaboration.
Experience with project teamwork or project management.
Ability to apply theoretical knowledge practically.
Strong social intelligence.
Structured approach with excellent analytical skills.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain security clearance.
Proficiency in both English and Norwegian (written and spoken).
