The three-path technology enables extremely fast and accurate power measurements with a high-sensitivity, portable instrument of minimum size and weight. This frequency extension makes high speed power measurements possible for additional applications such as IEEE 802.11ay and 802.11ad WiGig Wireless LAN, millimeter-wave terrestrial short distance communication links, and satellite-satellite links operating at 60 GHz.

New R&S NRP90S(N) power sensors for RF power measurements up to a ground-breaking 90 GHzRohde & Schwarz, the only supplier of fast diode sensors for power measurements up to 67 GHz, is increasing the maximum measurable frequency of diode power sensors to 90 GHz; higher than any other diode sensor currently available. The diode technology enables extremely fast and accurate power measurements with the highest sensitivity from a compact and light-weight portable instrument. High speed power measurements are now possible for all frequencies above 67 GHz in 5G, automotive radar and satellite communications applications including the entire E band.

Enhanced R&S NRPxxP RF wideband power measurement sensor family with maximum frequency of 50 GHzUpgraded Rohde & Schwarz compact standalone wideband sensors for power measurements make up the R&S NRPxxP family. The R&S NRP50P is the latest model and engineers can now measure power levels from –60 dBm to +20 dBm at frequencies from 50 MHz to 50 GHz. The sensor is ideal for installing, maintaining and monitoring wireless communications systems.
