Your tasks

  • Support and advice managers and employees in all personnel-related matters for the Polish subsidiary
  • Carrying out administrative personnel work from recruitment to termination of employment for the defined area of employment
  • Recruitment, including drafting and placing job advertisements, identifying high potential through active searching and approaching candidates, proactively advising and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, conducting interviews with candidates and onboarding new employees
  • Designing and implementing measures for employee retention, employer branding and active management of people development (talent management, training and leadership development)
  • Supporting monthly payroll process
  • Employee engagement (team support measures, events, health initiatives, etc.)
  • Responsibility for HR performance processes (bonuses, benefits)
  • Independent implementation of individual personnel measures and implementation of occupational health and safety regulations
  • Promotion of talents, development and further training of staff
  • Participation in the design and implementation of strategic, global HR projects
  • Collaboration with the Regional HR and Human Resources department at the Group headquarters in Munich
  • Cooperation with external agencies: recruitment agents, labor law experts, HR-related associations, etc
  • Ensuring compliance with local Labour Law regulations
  • Car policy coordination and management of day-to-day business requirements company car use
  • Implementation of new HR workflows and specific business initiatives as per business requirements to achieve operational efficiencies
  • Cooperation with external services providers re operational business functions: flee managers, medical healthcare providers, payroll providers, etc.
  • Provide support to finance team in HR-related matters as required

Your qualifications

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources management or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner in an international company/matrix organization
  • In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of income tax, social security and labor law with a focus on Poland
  • Committed, structured, proactive and team-oriented way of thinking and working
  • High level of communication skills (English required) at all hierarchical levels as well as a strong team and results orientation
  • Independent and structured way of working and the ability to set priorities
  • Empathy, strong service orientation and intercultural competence
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally SAP skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Business fluent written and spoken Polish and English. Knowledge of another language would be an advantage
