Warehouse & Logistic Lead

Your tasks

• Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company policies
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch & ensuring proper utilization of warehouse space by adherence to safety and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate packaging line operations to meet quality, labelling, and customer requirements
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain ERP/WMS records
• Manage domestic and international freight movements, including shipment scheduling, route planning, and carrier performance
• Lead logistics, warehouse, and packaging teams to achieve operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO, safety, quality, and environmental requirements

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or supply chain operations
• Experience in import/export documentation and customs processes
• Knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or electronics environments is an advantage
