Aufgaben

You are the central point of contact for AI-related requests and systematically structure incoming requirements from the specialist departments
You evaluate and qualify AI use cases with regard to business value, technical feasibility, risks and strategic fit
You support the prioritization of AI initiatives across teams and products in alignment with corporate strategy, capacities and dependencies
You ensure coordination between business stakeholders, AI Product Owners and technical teams and create a common understanding of scope, value and expectations
You develop high-level business cases with value hypotheses, cost estimates and success criteria
You maintain a transparent overview of the AI demand pipeline and create regular status updates, reports and dashboards for management

Qualifikationen

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Engineering or a related field
You bring several years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis or a comparable role in a digital or technology-driven environment
You have sound knowledge of digital technologies and ideally basic knowledge of AI and data-driven solutions
You work independently and responsibly, communicate confidently at all levels and bring experience in dealing with cross-functional stakeholders
You convince with strong analytical skills, solution orientation and the ability to structure complex business requirements
Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken) round off your profile
