Join our Microwave Development Division in Munich (Germany) at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks

Support in the creation of large-signal models and PDK elements for MMICs
Programming and implementation of model parameter identification routines
Assistance in the development and execution of AI-driven test setups for the characterization of microwave modules
Support in the analysis, evaluation, and documentation of measurement results
General support of ongoing research and development activities in the RF and microwave domain

Your qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field
Solid understanding of nonlinear system modeling and its application in RF and microwave engineering
Knowledge of large-signal behavior of typical microwave semiconductor devices, including amplifiers, switches, and mixers
Strong programming skills, with the ability to develop efficient and scalable solutions
Experience with analog circuit design and simulation tools such as AWR Microwave Office (MWO), or Keysight ADS is an advantage
Familiarity with small- and large-signal characterization techniques for microwave devices
Experience in the automation of test setups, including measurement control and data acquisition
Git experience is an advantage
