Manufacturing : Packaging Operator

Your tasks

• Assemble packaging materials (boxes, forms, anti-static bags, etc.) as required.
• Perform visual inspection of finished goods to ensure no defects before packaging.
• Ensure all information (quantity, part number, variant, serial number) is correct before sealing and boxing.
• Operate packaging equipment and tools according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain packaging area cleanliness (5S) and comply with ESD, safety, and quality standards
• Report any non-conformances, or material shortages to the line leader.
• Work collaboratively with quality, production, and warehousing teams to meet daily output.

Your qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate in Manufacturing, Production, or related field.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in packaging or assembly in electronics or PCBA manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read production orders, packaging instructions, and product specifications.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime when required.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
