Resolution problems in ES-Scan Reports

Question

ES-Scan protocols display small or distorted graphics (e.g. per measurement graph).

Answer

This resizing has to do with the display resolution and will occur mainly on laptop computers. It can be fixed by changing the windows compatibility settings for ES-Scan.

• Go to the application folder (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Rohde-Schwarz\ES-Scan)
• Right click on "ES-Scan.exe"
• Choose "Properties"
• Change to the "Compatitbility" tab and choose "Change high DPI settings"
• In the new window check the box next to "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:" and leave the setting to "Application".
