VNA Source Phase Control Options

The VNA source phase control options address the requirement for characterizing devices with defined phase stimulus at the reference plane. These devices include differential amplifiers, mixers, IQ mixers, phase antenna arrays and others. The four coherent sources of the ZVA allow the user to set an arbitrary relative phase between the different test ports. The DDS architecture of the ZNA takes the option a step further, permitting the user to set an arbitrary phase independently for each of the test ports. The vector error calibration extends the phase setting to the reference plane both for the ZVA and ZNA class instruments.
