Your tasks

• Manage projects independently and efficiently to meet turnover & project profitability objectives
• Bears project responsibility with external and internal customers (contractual deadlines, engineering, quality, costs), displays high degree of integrity
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders (internal and external) to meet project scope, goals and deliverables
• Organize and conduct meetings, acceptance tests, and steer project negotiations
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and take appropriate action to mitigate them
• Keen eye for improvement in project management processes and tools to optimize project outcomes
• Assist in compilation and upkeep of departmental monthly reports and documentation

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering discipline
• Experience in coordination and communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle project reporting/documentation
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• 2-3 years’ experience in project management/coordination and order management would be a big plus
