Manufacturing : Production Technician

Your tasks

• Interpret and follow assembly work instructions, schematic diagrams and technical specifications
• Maintain production procedures, work instructions and build documentations
• Perform wiring, cabling and mechanical assembly
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning and Quality functions to resolve production issues
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Perform testing, calibration and quality control checks on equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Manage non-conformance, root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Management of incoming materials and outgoing finished goods, including material kitting, stock count etc.
• Ensure adherence to WHS policies and safe working practices
• Ensure 5S and proper housekeeping

Your qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or production
• Strong hands-on skills in mechanical, electronic, assembly and testing
• Knowledge in using hand tools and equipment for assembly tasks
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Attention to details and the ability to work meticulously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
