Order Processing : Sales Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Process customer quotations and orders accurately and in a timely manner in the ERP system
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure efficient order processing
• Support customer communication via phone and email to ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate deliveries and shipments, including transport arrangements and preparation of the required documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs and export regulations
• Prepare and maintain documentation for public tenders and customer projects where required

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial education (e.g. Commercial Academy or equivalent)
• Proven experience in sales order processing
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy
• Dynamic multitasker with the ability to prioritize and a willingness to learn
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
• Experience in SAP tools for ERP and CRM
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent in English, fluent in additional languages is a plus
• Polish citizenship is required
