Project Management : Engineer, Project Management (Project Manager)

Your tasks

• Lead fast-paced EMC test & measurement engineering projects (typical delivery 4–6 months), ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Plan, schedule and manage projects end-to-end in terms of scope, timeline, resources and budget
• Define and maintain project plans, milestones and deliverables; update plans proactively as risks change
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal stakeholders: Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Sales, R&D, Manufacturing and local subsidiaries; Manage external stakeholders: test labs, end users and contract suppliers
• Track project budget, approve expenditures within authority, and escalate budget issues on time
• Produce regular status reporting to stakeholders and senior management; highlight risks, mitigations and forecast
• Maintain business dashboards and KPIs to track project performance and test results
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and manage contingencies to protect schedule and cost

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ engineering project management experience; EMC experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage projects in fast-turnover environments (4–6-month timelines)
• Experience with budget management, contract/vendor oversight and stakeholder alignment
• Proficient with project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, JIRA/ Confluence, SAC/ Tableau or its equivalent)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Decisive, proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on risk management
• Customer-oriented, with experience managing local subsidiaries’ relationships and end-user expectations
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to change
• PMP certification is an advantage
