Aufgaben

Execution and coordination of Service Transition within the framework of comprehensive and complex R&S systems and projects in an international environment
Point of contact for service and support issues during the project phase
Ensuring the implementation of necessary service structures and capabilities within internal departments, external service providers/partners, and subsidiaries (L1, L2, L3, Field Service, etc.) for the supported systems and projects
Establishing coordinated communication and logistics concepts for each system/project
Ensuring the introduction of services for systems/projects, setting up service structures in ERP and other systems
Close cooperation with the project team, department, and all internal service centers
Creating quantity frameworks/cost calculations for Service Transition in consultation with all relevant stakeholders
Supporting Sales and Product Management in establishing new service elements and contributing to the sales phase
Responsible for the handover to the Service Delivery Organization
Developing and implementing optimization and cost-saving potentials
Providing advisory support in the field of Service Transition

Qualifikationen

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification level
Relevant professional experience in project management
Strong coordination and moderation skills, as well as problem-solving competence
High level of teamwork skills with corresponding independent, goal-oriented, and communicative work style
Strong customer and service orientation
Practical flexibility with willingness to undertake occasional business trips
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
