The latest generation of UWB, based on the IEEE standard 802.15.4z, is now becoming mainstream for applications such as asset finding and secure ranging. The intention of the next-generation UWB (NG-UWB) standard, IEEE802.15.4ab, is to enhance the robustness of these applications and set the foundation for emerging applications, such as sensing and low-latency communication.
In this webinar, we will present a preview of the features currently in the standardization. We will discuss their test challenges and demonstrate some dedicated test cases with the help of our already available solution for NG-UWB.
In this webinar, you will learn more about:
- UWB technology and market status, including FiRa 3.0
- NG-UWB key features and applications based on the IEEE 802.15.4ab draft standard
- Rohde & Schwarz test solutions that cover new test requirements
- NG-UWB in operation
