background

How the X-Corr factor affects sweep time on the FSWX

The X-Corr factor determines how many independent samples to cross correlate per sweep point. A longer sweep time captures more samples per sweep point, increasing the X-Corr factor. The sweep time increases due to cross correlation. The more samples, the longer the sweep time. If you set the sweep time manually, the FSWX adapts the X-Corr factor. If the sweep time is not fixed and you change the factor, the sweep time changes. The parameter values depend on the sweep type.
