Rohde & Schwarz offers automated compliance test solution of PCI Express Gen 1.1, 2.0 and 3.0 interfaces. The test wizard of the Rohde & Schwarz ScopeSuite compliance test software guides the user via illustrated step-by-step instructions. The option supports add-in card and system motherboard testing. It is based on the PCI-SIG standard post processing analysis software and utilizes PCI-SIG test fixtures. A configurable test report documents the test results.
The complete test solution covers all relevant test cases for PCI Express Gen 1.x, 2.0 and 3.0 interfaces (boards and cards). The integrated generator option RTO/RTP-B6 switches the DUT in different compliance test modes. Test fixtures are available from the PCI SIG organization (www.pcisig.com).

The R&S®ScopeSuite compliance software is a fully guided test for performing PCIe compliance test. Detailed, image-based instructions make it easy to connect the oscilloscope and the probes to the test fixture and the device under test.
Step through the automated test routine and benefit from the step-by-step guideline
The test results are fully documented in a report created by R&S®ScopeSuite. Depending on the user’s preference, the test report can include numerical result data or oscilloscope screenshots. The available output formats are PDF, DOC and HTML.
