TD-SCDMA signals are constructed and precalculated with the additional PC software program R&S® WinIQSIM™. These signals are then transmitted to the built-in arbitrary waveform generator (option R&S® SMU-B10 or R&S® SMU-B11). From the built-in arbitrary waveform generator, the signals can be modulated to any RF frequency which is possible with the R&S® SMIQ.
