Recently named by Newsweek as one of the Best American Mid-Sized Workplaces in 2026, Rohde & Schwarz USA is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Program Manager to support project delivery across voice systems aiding air traffic management, aviation, and foreign and domestic military programs. This role will assist in integration of radio, data, and ED-137 compliant voice systems, ensuring performance, interoperability, and reliability across global operations. This role is based at our Columbia, MD headquarters, and requires being in the office most days. US Citizenship and the ability to secure US Public Trust SF85P are required.
Your tasks
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of programs involving radio communications, network transport, and VoIP systems.
- Assist in managing cost, schedule, scope, and risk across multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate system integration, testing, and deployment activities with engineering and technical teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and continuity of operations
- Coordinate efforts across partners, subcontractors, and geographically distributed teams (U.S., Europe, and other regions)
- Ensure alignment with headquarters and consistent execution across time zones and cultural environments
- Assist in supporting sales and proposal efforts, including pricing inputs, execution planning, and forecasting
