Manufacturing : Manufacturing Operator - SMT Production

Your tasks

• Perform manual PCB assembly and hand soldering in accordance with IPC Class II standards.
• Assemble through-hole (THT) components for wave soldering processes.
• Conduct PCBA inspections using optical inspection systems based on predefined criteria.
• Accurately document inspection results and findings.
• Carry out rework and repair of PCBAs and components as required.

Your qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or a certificate in any related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proven experience in PCB assembly and hand soldering.
• IPC Certification Class II or higher (e.g., IPC7711/7721) is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions accurately.
• Strong awareness of quality standards and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work shifts when required.
