3GPP define los métodos para los ensayos de conformidad de radiofrecuencia (RF) y los requisitos para estaciones base (BS) 5G NR en las especificaciones técnicas TS 38.141. Esta nota de aplicación describe cómo realizar todos los test obligatorios de transmisores RF (TS 38.141-1, sección 6) según Release 16 de forma rápida y eficaz con analizadores de espectro o de señal de Rohde & Schwarz, ya sea mediante operación manual o por control remoto. Para determinados casos de prueba se requieren instrumentos de generación de señales de Rohde & Schwarz.Esta nota de aplicación incluye además una biblioteca de software de ejemplo para la demostración del procedimiento por control remoto en las pruebas de estaciones base. Para este ejemplo se requiere R&S®Quickstep y se proporciona tal como es.
