Junior Production Planner

Your tasks

• Develop & maintain daily, weekly & monthly production schedules.
• Perform capacity planning to fulfill customer demand.
• Involve in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Review customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels to determine production requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages that may impact production schedules.
• Prioritize the orders based on customer requirements and business needs.
• Track production progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays.
• Analyze production performance, on-time-delivery and schedule adherence.
• Support continuous improvements initiative to reduce lead time and increase efficiency

Your qualifications

• Fresh graduates and candidates with 2–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations coordination are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or production planning systems is preferred; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
