Your tasks
- • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across the full sales cycle, both pre- and post-sales. They will cover the test and measurement product portfolio, including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power sensors, and oscilloscopes. • The candidate will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing technical support and solutions via telephone, email, and on-site visits. • During the pre-sales phase, the candidate will identify customer needs and guide them toward the optimal solution through technical qualification, including delivering focused presentations and live demonstrations of the equipment. • Post-sales responsibilities include timely customer support, such as providing instrument familiarization, hands-on training, and ensuring that the delivered test solution is fully optimized to meet customer requirements. • The role requires participation in ongoing training and a strong personal commitment to maintaining a high level of technical competence across relevant technologies, applications, and products. • The candidate will be expected to support and mentor peers while contributing to achieving sales targets. • Additionally, there is an expectation to support the marketing team at exhibitions, events, and seminars. • The candidate will be part of a broader European team focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, and expanding the existing customer base
