T&M Application Engineer

Your tasks

• Provide technical analysis and support to customers and internal teams based on cellular communication protocol technologies.
• Analyze customer requirements and test environments to recommend optimal test methods, products, and solutions
• Create and maintain technical content related to protocol testing, including technical documents, application notes, and user guides.
• Review and improve technical content to enhance accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Organize and communicate complex communication technologies in a clear and easy-to-understand manner for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, sales teams, product managers, and global headquarters experts to address customer requirements.
• Support technical communication activities such as customer meetings, technical presentations, seminars, and exhibitions.

Your qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in cellular communication technologies such as LTE and/or 5G, or relevant industry experience after completing a master’s degree
• Solid understanding of protocol architecture, signaling procedures, call flows, and key protocol messages
• Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze technical content based on 3GPP standards
• Basic knowledge of wireless communication protocol stacks, including RRC, NAS, MAC, and PHY layers
• Experience analyzing protocol logs from UE, base station, or test equipment environments
• Strong ability to communicate technical topics clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
• Business-level English communication skills
