Recently named by Newsweek as one of the Best American Mid-Sized Workplaces in 2026, Rohde & Schwarz is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our expanding Operations team. The Warehouse Associate is a critical role responsible for accurately pulling inventory items based on production job travelers (pick list) and meticulously transacting those items within our SAP system. Maintaining a high level of accuracy is paramount in this position, as it directly impacts production schedules and customer satisfaction. This role requires operating a stand-up forklift and adhering to strict safety protocols. The Rohde & Schwarz Texas Production and Integration Center produces custom-integrated RF systems as well as products for various government programs. We deliver turnkey RF solutions to various customers ranging from the commercial market to the aerospace and defense sectors. Our systems are integrated into a wide variety of solutions including EMC anechoic test chambers, vehicles, and ranges.

Your tasks

Inventory Picking: Accurately pull inventory items (raw materials, components, etc.) from designated warehouse locations according to production job travelers (pick list).
SAP Transactions: Perform all required transactions in SAP to accurately record the movement of inventory, including issuing materials to production orders.
Accuracy & Verification: Double-check all picked items against the job traveler to ensure accuracy and completeness before delivery to the production floor.
Stand-Up Forklift Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a stand-up forklift to move and locate inventory within the warehouse (certification required or provided).
Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits as needed.
Material Handling: Properly handle and package materials to prevent damage during transport.
Adherence to Safety Procedures: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any inventory discrepancies or issues.

Your qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
Certified to operate a stand-up forklift or ability to obtain certification (company provided training available).
Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP transactions. Prior experience using SAP highly desirable.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the workday.
In order to be considered, candidates must reside in the US and have U.S. Citizenship or permanent work authorization. Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.

The total compensation for this position is $18-$24/hour. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
