Introduction

Join our Marketing Strategic Planning Division in Munich (Germany) at the earliest possible date.

Tasks

Support in planning, execution and follow-up of events in various formats (in-person, hybrid and online)
Entry, maintenance and analysis of data in various tools and create evaluations for management
Support the organization and planning of in-house trade fairs and trade show appearances, including on-site support primarily in Europe
Creation of evaluations and reports for management to support the team
Communication with internal stakeholders and external service providers

Qualifications

Current studies in Communication Sciences, International Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Marketing or a comparable field of study
Initial experience in event management on the agency or industry side and have a strong interest in B2B marketing
Very good MS Office skills and a high affinity for online marketing tools and digital channels
Reliable and structured way of working as well as strong organizational skills in a team
Digital mindset with high affinity for online marketing tools and channels
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and good knowledge of written and spoken German
Office availability is necessary for this position
