リアルタイムな物質解析 R&S QAR50 は、数百個の受信/送信アンテナを活用して素早く材質の特性評価が行えるマイクロ波イメージング技術を採用しています。ローデ・シュワルツは、この十分に検証され実績のある車載用レドーム・テスタを新しい位置づけでEuMWに出展する予定です。このテスタはレドームやバンパの開発および製造におけるテストに最適ですが、これに加えて、新しいR&S QAR50-K80リアルタイム画像処理ソフトウェアの登場により、梱包済み製品に対するリアルタイムな物質解析にも適したものとなりました。カメラやX線、スケールなど従来の検品方法を補うかたちでパッケージ内に漏れや余計な物質の混入がないかといった品質問題を検出するため、同ソフトウェアはニューラル・ネットワークを用いて容器を開封することなく異常を検知します。
