Your tasks

Key Duties:
1.Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions including processing Concur claims, payments, and ensuring compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia payment codes.
2. Manage Treasury functions: bank account setup and maintenance, Coupa reporting, cash forecasting, In-House Bank accounts, internal netting & settlement, opening Bank Guarantees, documentation verification, and presentation of Letters of Credit to banks.
3. Responsible for Taxation matters: corporate tax, withholding tax, and e-invoice compliance.
3. Administer Fixed Asset Management: tracking and ensuring compliance throughout asset lifecycle.
4. Perform Inter-company billing and reconciliations.
5. Prepare full-set accounts of a small company.
6. Generate monthly balance listings for Company, including reconciliation and journal postings.
7. Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Your qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
ACCA candidate preferred.
Minimum 2 years of related working experience.
Fresh graduates may also be considered.
