Finance & Accounting Associate

Your tasks

• ı Review, approval, payment, and SAP journal entry processing of expense claims ı Management of corporate credit cards and official corporate documents ı Payroll and retirement pension calculation and payment, and administration of 4 major social insurance programs ı Settlement and payment of import and export expenses ı Intercompany Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) settlements ı Management of Accounts Receivable (AR) collection schedules and Accounts Payable (AP) payment schedules ı Assistance with month-end/year-end closing and voucher filing

Your qualifications

• ı Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or related fields. (Graduates-to-be acceptable) ı Entry-level (Fresh graduates) or up to 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management ı Strong sense of ethics and transparency, with an honest and highly reliable work attitude ı Basic understanding and capability to interpret relevant laws and regulation ı Excellent communication skills with high accuracy and strong attention to detail ı Business-level English proficiency (capable of written communication, email correspondence, and daily task execution) ı Preferred Work experience in foreign-affiliated companies, SAP experience, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) ı Ability to travel internationally, when required.
