Description:
When FSL is starting up, it comes to some hesitation when windows desktop is already visible (hour glass appears).
If the unit is protected by Windows-Logon prompt, the same will happen right after pressing <CTRL><ALT><DEL> to log in.
Specially when login happens not right after booting (e.g. 2 hours later), the login process is completed, but it ends in some application crashes.
