The 59th Munich Security Conference (MSC) took place in Munich with more than 450 international participants and over 50 events. Rohde & Schwarz provided six of its R&S QPS Walk2000 security scanners, one at each entrance. With more than 20,000 scans, the company contributed to a safe environment for the MSC 2023.

Rohde & Schwarz presents security scanner portfolio at Passenger Terminal EXPO 2025 in Madrid

The Rohde & Schwarz QPS201 was chosen for a nationwide security scanning project. The QPS201 uses safe, extremely low-power millimeterwave radio frequency technology and advanced artificial intelligence methods to accurately detect concealed objects of any material.

The QPS Walk2000 security scanner provides outstanding, balanced performance when secure, automatic detection of objects is required. The system detects items of any kind of material hidden on a person and features ease of operation and a fast, highly convenient, secure and respectful screening process. Screening takes place in realtime when passing the scanner.
