Your tasks
- Reporting: reporting activities, including the drafting of regular monthly reports, cost analysis, P&L, Balance..
- Budgeting: preparation of the yearly Budget, periodical estimations and variance analysis.
- Controlling: Controlling of costs, intercompany transactions, reconciliations.
- Accounting: Monitoring of accounting activities.
- Risk Assessment: Participation in the risk assessment activities together with Sales Managers.
- Functional and Fiscal Auditing: Planning, conducting and supervising all internal and external audits.
- Fiscal Management: Tax payment control (IRES, IRAP); VAT payments, tax declarations, VAT books, inventory books, journal books.
- Support to Sales for the negotiations of T&C with Customers.
- Managing administration activities and communication with public authorities and banks.
