Ensure our channel partners worldwide have the right access, up-to-date content, and reliable platform support.

Tasks

You provide first-level support for the Channel Partner Portal (CHAPPE), handle incoming requests, prioritize and follow up on tickets, and support partners with registration and access topics until issues are resolved.
You administer users, roles and permissions, onboard new Channel Partner Managers and channel partners, and coordinate regional key users for data and content updates.
You manage CHAPPE content and platform operations by maintaining workspaces, publishing marketing and product-launch content on time, and keeping partner-facing content up to date.
You take ownership of content and platform operations for TAP, our platform for product- and sales-related partner content: you set up and run promotions across connected systems, ensure complete product, option and accessory content, maintain localizations and visibility settings, and support the quality of configurator content.
As the operational interface to IT, you report bugs and missing functionalities, follow up on implementation and participate in regular alignment meetings.
You connect headquarters in Munich with regional key users, IT, project managers and customer support to align demand, content and delivery, share knowledge and improve support processes with the help of AI.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Informatics or a related field is an advantage.
You bring a solid technical background and a strong interest in customer-facing processes. Experience in IT, software development, AI or Customer Operations is an advantage.
This is primarily an external customer-facing role: you communicate confidently, professionally and service-oriented with international customers; experience with internal customers or stakeholders is also welcome.
If you have limited customer-facing experience, you should bring a convincing technical background, strong communication skills and the right service mindset, as Customer Operations can be learned.
Very good written and spoken English skills are required. Knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Commercial experience in sales, marketing or service as well as experience in Test & Measurement are advantageous.
You work in a structured way, pay close attention to data quality and collaborate effectively with remote colleagues at headquarters in Munich.
