T&M Application Engineer

Your tasks

• Technical Support: Understand RF, Digital, and Power-related products/solutions to provide pre- and after-sales technical support to customers.
• Market & Customer Analysis: Analyze and study market and customer requirements based on technology trends, and reflect/propose these insights into solution strategies.
• Technical Documentation: Author and maintain technical documentation, including Application Notes, Operating Manuals, and related materials.
• Collaboration & Solution Delivery: Collaborate with domestic sales teams and global headquarters to improve products and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.
• Training & Seminars: Conduct internal and external technical training sessions and seminars.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer technical inquiries and requests both in-person and remotely.

Your qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• SI/PI Knowledge: Understanding of Signal Integrity (SI) / Power Integrity (PI) theories and experience with SI/PI analysis (Preferred).
• Industry Experience: Experience in semiconductor or high-speed interface industries (Preferred). Work Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Design solutions or Test & Measurement equipment (Preferred).
• 3+ years of R&D or production experience in Digital Design-related materials, circuits, PCBs, or modules (Preferred).
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude toward cross-functional collaboration.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated business communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Language Skills: Basic business English proficiency or above.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class 2 Ordinary or higher). Other Requirements:
• For male applicants: Military service completed or exempted.
• Eligible for overseas travel and residency without restrictions.
