Sales and Product Management : Product Manager System (m/w/d) RESM

Your tasks

• Manage the product system roadmap and be responsible for the PLM part of proposals.
• Conduct structured requirement analyses for the addressed market segments and use cases.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements as well as commercial/legal requirements for development proposals throughout the entire lifecycle of system and service products.
• Ensure the usability of the product system and manage obsolescence.
• Monitor competitors at the system level, contribute to competitive analysis, and propose market prices for systems and their services.
• Evaluate customer feedback, market trends, and competition to determine product features, benchmark against competing systems, and prepare marketing materials (brochures, etc.).
• Present the product system at exhibitions, conferences, and other events, and train regional sales teams.

Your qualifications

• University degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• Working experience and knowledge of the naval RESM environment.
• Familiarity with competitors and their equivalent products and solutions.
• Comfortable in both the technical and business discussions.
• In the course of your career, you have already gained experience in the areas of development, business development or product management or RESM systems. Alternatively, you have gained experience on the customer side in the conception or application of naval RESM systems.
• Fluency in English and preferable in German, both spoken and written, and willingness to travel for business purposes.
