Your tasks

  • Ensure end-to-end accountability of the FAA and N.A. ATC projects by the global/matrixed organization including achievement of defined KPIs/OKRs
  • Coordinate N.A. ATC project needs across Operations departments and R&S group of companies, including support of resource planning, budgets, cost controls, risk management, quality, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee accurate and timely reporting of order intake, revenue, contract modifications, and financial performance of N.A. ATC contracts in coordination with the PMO, project organization, Controllers, Finance, and Sales
  • Lead program governance activities, including executive reviews and escalation resolution across financial, technical, and customer issues
  • Serve as a senior stakeholder in company and customer initiatives impacting N.A. ATC projects and act as key interface with FAA, customers, and partners
  • Influence strategy development and lead implementation within N.A. ATC operations, including innovation aligned with ATC modernization
  • Serve as a senior Operations interface to Sales & Marketing for coordination of N.A. ATC solutions (e.g. strategy, proposals, demos, trade shows, pursuits)
  • Monitor and support responsible departments to optimize project health across financial, technical, schedule, quality, process, and resource dimensions
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, including process standardization, automation, and efficiency initiatives
  • Monitor and support initiatives strengthening employee culture, critical skills development, and capacity planning
  • Foster innovation and industry engagement to strengthen R&S positioning and support evolving market and customer needs
  • Champion company initiatives celebrating successes, recognition, and customer engagement

Your qualifications

  • BBA/BS in business, management, engineering, operations, or similar field
  • 10+ years experience managing complex federal government programs or operations, including cross-functional team leadership, governance, financial accountability, and hardware/software development and deployment (FAA or similar experience strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, diplomatic, and negotiation skills across all levels (executive, customer, user, engineering, etc.)
  • Highly organized, analytical, and self-driven with ability to lead, influence, and motivate others
  • Experience driving process improvement, standardization, or operational efficiency initiatives
  • Ability to travel, including internationally
  • To be considered, candidates must be U.S. Persons able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance

Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
