Your tasks

  • • Build a pipeline and close new business in the Wireless Communication market segment. • Identify and create new sales opportunities and nurture the installed base. • Be the primary sales contact for Test & Measurement products for allocated customers in the Wireless Communication market. • Develop market expansion strategy and lead its execution. • Create commercial and technical proposals by understanding and tailoring customer needs based on Rohde & Schwarz products solutions. • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and customers ensuring successful product, system, and project delivery. • Maintain sales orders and customer records in the CRM system. • Cultivate new customers relationships and expand existing customer relationships. • Coordinate strategic initiatives between sales and business development teams. • Provide input and feedback to product marketing, service, and development groups on customer product and application requirements. • Work as part of a team, with Application engineering and other sales engineers.

Your qualifications

  • • Bachelor/master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or equivalent fields of study. • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in technical sales. • Hands-on or other practical experience with Test & Measurement products - Preferred. • Wireless Communication market experience from one of the leading Israeli Hi-Tech companies – Preferred. • An understanding of current Hi-Tech industry technologies -particularly Wireless Communication technologies. • Passion for selling, an intense focus on customer care, and an overwhelming desire to succeed. • Strong prospecting skills to find new customers and craft initial messaging. • Excellent communication skill, written, spoken, and presentation, in Hebrew and English. • Strong analytical skills and sales forecasting ability. • Strong team player who can also work independently. • Effective ability to work with people in different levels, address issues, and attain amicable solutions. • Experience with both large and small account management. • Experience with business development initiatives and strategy. • Self-motivated to learn and understand internal and customer processes. • Autodidact with ability and passion to learn new products and technologies. • Ability to travel regularly within the national sales territory in addition to some international travels.
