Your tasks

• Translate technical, business development, and leadership concepts into compelling visual designs and presentations.
• Design proposal graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, and other custom visuals for compliant, persuasive submissions.
• Create executive presentations, customer briefings, and board-level materials that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce high-impact, short-form video content tailored for diverse platforms.
• Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, messaging, and visual quality across all deliverables.
• Support storyboarding, concept development, and layout production for proposals, presentations, white papers, and marketing collateral.
• Develop templates, style guides, and reusable visual assets to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Rapidly iterate graphics and presentations based on stakeholder feedback and tight deadlines.
• Prepare files for digital and print production, maintaining quality, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Maintain organized design asset libraries and enforce document design best practices and company standards.

Your qualifications

• ​​- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, fine arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, or visual communications in corporate, agency, or government contracting environments.
• Proven ability to create professional presentations and visual materials (static and video) that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• ​Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• ​Experience in utilizing AI specific tools for graphical design improvements and storyboard definition and ability to collaborate with Corporate
• AI specialist to generate harmonious content
• ​Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, information hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and perform under tight deadlines.
• ​Experience with technical/engineering subject matter.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, file management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Portfolio required; experience with branded templates, style guides, print/digital production, and accessibility best practices preferred​

The total compensation for this position is $71K-$94K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
