Rohde & Schwarz was founded more than 80 years ago by two PhD students, Lothar Rohde and Hermann Schwarz , who worked together at the University of Jena in Germany. At Rohde & Schwarz, we still believe in the power of pioneering ideas and scientific enthusiasm. That's why we want to make sure that the next generation of engineers have the support and state-of-the-art instruments they require to optimize the present and shape the future.

In addition to test equipment Rohde & Schwarz provides literature for your lab. We also offer guest lectures from our experts as well as seminars and training courses for academics and students. Rohde & Schwarz sponsors student competitions with test equipment and awards and is a member of many industry advisory boards.
