Sales and Product Management : Technical Product Manager Space Solutions (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• With your affinity for complex systems you will drive the new space based solutions, working closely with colleagues, that are experts in their fields, and external organizations
• You create and maintain technical product materials such as product brochures, flyers, whitepapers, solution briefs, presentations and web content for our Space Solution systems
• You translate complex technical concepts and system capabilities into well-structured, understandable and audience-appropriate texts for government, defence and industry customers
• You work closely with Product Management, Systems Engineering, Sales and Marketing colleagues to ensure technically accurate and consistent content
• You structure and present information on missions, use cases, system architecture (space, ground and user segment) and key performance features
• You develop and maintain templates, style guides and terminology (glossary)
• You contribute to the content development of tender documents, customer presentations and campaign materials
• You ensure a professional and consistent representation of our space system solutions across all media and document types

Your qualifications

• University degree in degree in Technical Communication/Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Communications Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in creating technical documentation and/or marketing-oriented technical content (e.g. in B2B technology, defence, space, telecommunications or similar fields)
• Strong technical understanding, ideally with exposure to space, SIGINT, ISR, EW or SatCom
• Knowledge of (space based) radiofrequency communications (transmitter, receivers, antenna, satellite communications, mobile phone communications) and satellite platforms
• Excellent ability to structure complex topics and express them in clear, concise and readable texts
• Experience with common office tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint) and ideally with content or document management tools
• Can-do mentality and willingness to travel internationally within intercultural and interdisciplinary environments
• Fluent in English and German
